Ms. Arnold joined the firm in 2002. She obtained her certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 2004 and is qualified by the National Association of Legal Assistants to provide certified paralegal services. 
Her expertise is in the areas of bankruptcy, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Arnold is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and the Pacific Northwest Paralegal Association. Ms. Arnold is currently serving as the Secretary of the Pacific Northwest Paralegal Association and sits on the Business Department Advisory Committee for Lane Community College.
