Ms. Linenbrink is an advanced certified paralegal who has worked with founding member Wilson
"Bo" Muhlheim since 1990. She obtained her certification and advanced certifications in bankruptcy, real estate, and contract administration from the National Association of Legal Assistants, her Certified Bankruptcy Assistant certification from the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants, and is qualified by the National Association of Legal Assistants to provide certified paralegal services. She was the first paralegal in Oregon to obtain advanced certifications in bankruptcy and in real estate. She has been a paralegal since February 1983. Her expertise is in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor-creditor rights, litigation, and real estate.
Ms. Linenbrink is the firm's administrator and senior paralegal. Since 1997, she has held various elected and appointed positions with the National Association of Legal Assistants and for two years was the editor of its national magazine, Facts & Findings. In November 2003, Ms. Linenbrink was appointed to serve as an at-large member of the executive committee of the Oregon State Bar Law Practice Management Section, served as its Chair in 2007, and is currently serving as its Past-Chair. She has spoken on several occasions to high school students about the paralegal profession, has been involved with the planning of various seminars, and is assisting with the Executive Committee of the Roland K. Rodman Inn of Court.
